Grounding Vertical Farms in a context - MArch dissertation I am all for small scale, allowing communities to devlop their own identity, food to develop different tastes due to different soils and techniques.
I am currently look at the high tech version of Vertical Farming - I would love to know your opinions;
What happens once vertical farming is put into a context, is it self-sustaining /understood and who will manage them? Are vertical farms appropriate now? What infrastructures do we build upon or create to ensure the success of vertical farming, as well as a good public response?
